What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you require different times, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Are there any restrictions on pets?

Yes, 2 Dogs Maximum. Must be house broken.

What appliances are included?

Washer / Dryer Combo, Microwave, Electric Stove / Oven, Toaster Oven / Air Fryer, 12 Cup Drip & Single Serve Hot & Iced Coffee Maker, Popcorn Machine, Residential Fridge / Freezer, BBQ & George Forman Grill, Iron & Hair Dryers.

Is parking available at the property?

Yes, maximum 4 cars in the driveway. NO STREET PARKING

Is there a cancelation policy?

Yes, the cancelation policy is as follows:

FULL REFUND ATLEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN

50% REFUND 7-29 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN

How do we check-in?

Check-in required at community welcome center (before community gate). Your Driver's License AND Vehicle Registration will be needed for EACH car.

Checking-in to property will be keyless entry, the code will be provided to you upon your reservation.

Are there any community guidelines and rules?

Yes, they are as follows:

25 MPH Speed Limit STRICTLY ENFORCED

Pets MUST be leased at ALL times (Excluding Dog Park within the fenced area)

Quiet Hours are between 9 PM - 7 AM

What are the house rules?

No smoking of any kind inside. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 charge.

Smoking outside is permitted, please do not throw buts on the ground

If Hot-Tub is used, please turn off jets, close the cover & strap the cover back in.

Please turn off all lights when leaving.

All garbage must be thrown out. (Sunday: Bring pails to street) (Monday: Bring pails in). THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE IF NOT DONE

Do not leave food in the refrigerator. Do not leave dishes in the sink. THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE IF NOT DONE

Make sure to log out of all streaming services on TVs. We are not responsible for any charges that may incur if not logged out.

Yes, there are two security cameras on the property.
